Try our blend of herbs, spices and roasted garlic to create a mashed potato sensation.  This packet will deliciously season 3 pounds of potatoes.  Each package contains 1.27 ounces of seasoning mix.  Just add milk, margarine or butter to your potatoes and seasoning mix for a great tasting mashed potato.

Sweet Potato & Yam Glaze:

Complement the rich taste of sweet potatoes and yams with our light, sweet tasting glaze.  Our blend of brown sugar, spices and orange flavor enhances the natural flavor of sweet potatoes and yams.  Each package contains 2 ounces of glaze mix.  Add water and butter and mix as directed.

Cole Slaw Mix:

Delicious, creamy, all-American coleslaw – shredded cabbage tossed with a homemade, tangy sweet-tart dressing.  Concord’s Coleslaw Mix makes coleslaw quick and easy.  Add one head of cabbage (approximately 1-1/2 lbs) and one cup of mayonnaise to Concord’s Coleslaw Mix.  

Salad Topping:

Add zest to your salads with tasty, crunchy, colorful Salad Topping.    Sprinkle our blend of crispy bit of carrots, slivers of toasted onion, flakes of tomato, soy nuts, sunflower seeds and bacon flavored bits – for great looking and tasting salads. Just sprinkle on salad right from package.

Classic Ranch Dip Mix:

The perfect new mix for Ranch dip lovers!  Our smooth, creamy appetizer has the perfect blend of seasoning to complement all of your favorite fresh vegetables. Just add 16oz of sour cream to our Classic Ranch Dip Mix for a zesty new ranch flavor.

Veggie Dip Mix:

Just add one pint (16 oz) sour cream to Concord’s Veggie Dip Mix.   Our Veggie Dip Mix is seasoned basil and thyme and tastes delicious on fresh cut celery, carrots, red and green peppers, tomatoes and cucumber slices. Also tastes great on chips and crackers.

Hollandaise Sauce Mix:

Cream of Broccoli Soup Mix:

Delicious homemade soup you can prepare in minutes using this rich, creamy soup base and fresh tender buds of broccoli.  Just mix contents of package with milk and cook.  Add broccoli and simmer.  Serve immediately.  Broccoli Soup Mix is available in two delicious flavors - Creamy or Cheddar Cheese.
