Our Oringer line of variegates include Chocolates, Caramels, Butterscotch, Fruits and many specialty flavors that have been specifically designed for frozen dessert applications.  Variegates range from Milk Chocolate to Dark Chocolate, Sweet Cream Caramel to Dulce de Leche, Black Raspberry to Strawberry, Marshmallow to Peanut Butter and everything in between.  Each variegate has been carefully designed to meet the demanding needs of our frozen dessert customers so they not only taste great but provide the right texture and appearance.  In addition to a wide line of standard products, Concord Foods also offers custom developed products from our highly focused and supportive technical team. Fruits - Stabilized and Purees

Oringer offers Stabilized Fruits and Purees that range from Apple and Blueberry to Pumpkin and Strawberry.  Products are made with the highest quality fruits that are carefully processed to maintain the finest fruit integrity. 

Sherbet and Sorbet Bases

We are pleased to offer a high quality line of bases designed specifically for your Sorbet, Sherbet and water ice needs.  Bases are packed in 50 pound pails for convenient use.

Flavor Bases

Oringer offers a broad line of Flavor Bases for use in making ice cream.  Flavors include Chocolates, most Fruits, Egg Custards, Ginger, Cookie Dough, and many others.  Usage level is
10-15%.  Packed in pails.  Custom development readily available.

Beverage Flavor Systems

Oringer has been working with Dairies for decades to make their Egg Nog and beverage products taste among the best in the country.  Flavors include many different Egg Nog Bases to multiple Coffee and Tea flavoring systems.   Our technical teams are available to custom develop a flavor system for your signature beverage.
