Chocolate Fudge Toppings

Oringer uses only the finest ingredients in manufacturing our toppings.  Each fudge topping has it own distinct flavor and color profile.  We use blends of cocoas, chocolate liquors, butter and milk products that meet our customer’s demands for quality.  Whether Milk Fudge, Dark Chocolate, Bittersweet or Premium Fudge, our varieties of toppings are designed to provide a choice for our customers and match your region’s specific taste preference.

 

 
 

Butterscotch & Caramel Toppings

We use old family recipes and unique cooking techniques to create these rich, buttery caramels and butterscotch toppings.  Products are packed in #10 cans, 2.75 pound pouches and ready-to-use in plastic wide mouth jugs.    


 

Fruit Toppings – Ready to Use

Oringer Fruit Toppings are available in over 10 flavors and are designed as ready to use.  We use only the highest quality fruits to provide a clean natural flavor profile.  These toppings are all conveniently packed in tamper proof 3 / 64 fl oz plastic containers per case.


 

Fruit Toppings – Solid Pack

Oringer produces several Solid Pack Fruit Toppings that are loaded with fruit and can be cut with simple syrup to make a delicious, high quality topping.    


 
 

Specialty Toppings

In addition to all the mainline Toppings, we also produce Walnut, Peanut Butter and two Marshmallow Toppings.  Both Marshmallow Toppings are snowy white with clean marshmallow flavor notes.  The #509 Marshmallow is the best RTU available today and can be used as both a topping as well as a variegate in hard ice cream.  In our nut products, we use only the highest quality ingredients.   Our smooth, rich and creamy Peanut Butter works as a topping, weave, background flavoring in hard ice cream, and even as a flavoring for shakes.



 
 

Syrups

Whether looking for a delicious Syrup for your fountain drink, coffee, latte or dessert, Oringer has the flavor and high quality product to meet your needs.  Concord offers a wide variety of Syrups including Chocolates, Caramels, White Chocolates, Fruits, Vanillas, etc.  In addition to our base line, our technical teams are available to custom develop a flavor system for your signature beverage.  Our high speed but flexible packing lines allow us to be a low cost producer in 24 ounce squeeze bottles, ½ gallon and gallon jugs, #10 cans, and a variety of different sized pouches. 

 

 

Lemon Juice

Concord Foods has been producing Lemon and Lime juice for over 39 years.  Our extensive experience has allowed us to produce exceptional tasting lemon and lime juice at very competitive prices.  Packed in 4 x 1 gallon jugs or 12 x 32 ounce bottles.

Variegates, Streak Sauces

Our Oringer line of variegates include Chocolates, Caramels, Butterscotch, Fruits and many specialty flavors that have been specifically designed for frozen dessert applications.  Variegates range from Milk Chocolate to Dark Chocolate, Sweet Cream Caramel to Dulce de Leche, Black Raspberry to Strawberry, Marshmallow to Peanut Butter and everything in between.  Each variegate has been carefully designed to meet the demanding needs of our frozen dessert customers so they not only taste great but provide the right texture and appearance.    

 

 

Fruit Bases and Purees

Oringer offers Stabilized Fruits and Purees that range from Apple and Blueberry to Pumpkin and Strawberry.  Products are made with the highest quality fruits that are carefully processed to maintain the finest fruit integrity. 


 

 

Sherbet, Sorbet & Water Ice Bases

We are pleased to offer a high quality line of bases designed specifically for your Sorbet, Sherbet and water ice needs.  Bases are packed in 6 x #10 cans and 4 x1 gallon jugs for convenient use.

 

 

Cake & Waffle Batter Mixes

Our sister division at Concord Foods, Red-E-Made, has been mixing dry ingredients in New England for well over 80 years.  With our expert knowledge of the ice cream industry, we set out to develop a great line of Cake Batter and Brownie Batter Bases.  With our low bacteria ingredients and pasteurized dry eggs, you can flavor ice cream while maintaining a safe, great tasting treat.  In addition to these great bases, we also offer our own Belgium Waffle and Waffle Cone mixes.
