Confectionery Caramels

Concord offers a wide line of Oringer Caramel products specifically designed for confectionery applications.  Varieties include liquid and chewy caramels used as centers, toppings and for layering.  Caramels come in a variety of viscosities, textures, colors, and include versions that are organic and sugar free.  Where water activity is critical, we have a variety of low water activity caramels to help maintain a moisture balance in your products.  Each caramel has been carefully designed to meet the demanding needs of our confectionery customers so they not only taste great but provide the right texture and appearance. These products are packed in convenient to use sizes for our retail confectionery customers.

Confectionery Chocolates

Our Oringer Chocolate products include Chocolate Caramels, Soft Chocolate Ganache and both Soft & Chewy Sugar Free Chocolate Toppings.  Applications include liquid and chewy centers and toppings which are available in various formulations including organic and sugar free.

Oringer offers a great line of marshmallow products for confectionery fillings.  Available in a variety of viscosities.
